Tony's is a good place but there is absolutely no need to tip 500bt for a hj in this place. The girls are a 5 at best and thai and foot massage is only 100/hr oily is 250/hr
a 200 bt tip is all that is needed. Thais tip 20-50 bt here for normal massage. I go there all the time. tip 200 hj and 300 bj and everytime I go the girls are happy to see me and ask me to take them.

went to Tony's few times and felt the place refreshing. special finish is not a compulsory there.

The quality and experience of the massage places in Pratunam vary wildly from "barely ok" to " very very bad ouch it hurt"
I guess the good one dont stay to work in a place that charge 139 baht per hour (come 10 time get one hour free...)

Tony's now has Male Massage staff? ok, I went to check for myself.
Last night, the Place was dead (no customers) and only 3 staff: 3 males dressed with very tight tank tops and shorts: they were clearly gay.
I am affraid TONY's may have changed management and a bunch of Gay guys took over offering a different kind of Massage.

250 metres into Soi 23, on the right hand side, a little after the Vietnamese Restaurant "Le Dalat Indochine" is Manisara Massage (I think I got the name right).
I went to try this place last night, not especially looking for extras but rather a good oil massage.
I went inside and there were 3 ladies watching TV. I asked if they had Air conditionned rooms and they said yes so I ordered 1 hour Oil Massage for 400 thb (which is Expensive for these kind of places).
I was asked to remove my shoes and followed the youngest of the 3 ladies up a flight of stairs. She was a 5.
I was led to a big room with many mattresses on the floor, separates by thick blue curtains. She asked me to strip completely and gave me a very good and strong oil massage.
We did chit chat a little and she asked me if I live in Thailand, have a girlfriend and all that. No light touching of the privates and she kept them always covered with a towel.
At the end of the massage, she whispered in my ear: you want sexy massage?
I told her I don't like Handjobs so she offered a Blowjob. I asked for sex but she refused on the basis that she had her Period (was it a trick because she did not want to offer sex?)
I went for the BJ (she wanted Covered but I insisted and she gave in).
