I have not been to Angels, but usually a HJ is 500 baht extra over the massage price. BJ would usually be 1000 and FJ 1500.
After you get to the room (or when she asks you about whether you want extras) you can discuss the details.

I explained the tips for extras above. This is addition to the 400 baht per hour massage charge paid to the MP.
The 500 tip for HJ is usually for clothed. You will have to negotiate with the TG for a price of HJ unclothed. Each TG has the right to negotiate their own prices, but the prices quoted should be close for most of them.

Thought reviving this thread was a good place for my comments.

I think the lotion is water soluble unlike oil but more importantly it is scented which those with a GF will want to avoid. TGs have a sense of smell like a cat.
