I've visited this place twice. It's located at 69 Saladaeng, Soi 1, Silom Road, Opposite MK Gold. It's just off the street you'd take to get from Sathorn to Silom road and Patpong. This establishment's clientelle is primarily Japanese but it's very farang friendly. The two times I've visited, there were about 10 to 12 women available, one of whom I'd consider hot and two or three others quite acceptable. Full service is 2300 for an hour and 2600 for an hour and a half, including both the fee to the house and the fee to the masseuse. Both times I picked Beem. I'd rate her face at 8-1/2, or 9 if you like braces. She's got the face of an angel. I'd rate her body at 7. The service was very good.

1 hour Full service should be 400+1, 500 = 1, 900 and 2 hours should be 2, 300

I'm an occasional patron here... it's not a place I would go out of my way for, but handy if one is in the area. Like many of these venues, it has evolved over the years... along with the market. The owner is Japanese (absentee, with Thai wife/partner) but the clientele is now primarily expat, according to the providers who work there... despite the fact that the menu is in both English and Japanese.
"Japanese tariff" pricing is available if you prefer to commit up front to all-in service... but this approach is not mandatory... it is perfectly acceptable to order the basic TTM/OM by the hour and negotiate with your choice upstairs for anything further you require.
Be forewarned... as an earlier poster mentioned, the rooms (there are only 6) do not have showers... They are also tiny, with hard matresses on the floor. And they offer only Thai beer.
On my last visit (late January), there were 10-12 providers looking bored and staring at cell phone apps. 2 or 3 were slightly above average, but nothing special other than being on the young side. The ladies expect to render FS, but in my experience can also deliver an adequate massage.

I used to be a regular here as I worked in the area.
Always got FS with professional quality.
Had one favorite who could kill me with her passionate kissing. So sad I have lost touch with her.
Several other girls have given me excellent service and the mamasan was always very cordial and positive.
