I asked the same question last time I was in. The manager told me in Japanese that bringing a farang or Yipoon lady with me would be no absolutely no problem except I should chose the massage lady from the book.
As I know a certain lady who is very anxious to try this treatment in Thailand, I will take her there on my next trip to BKK and let the bros know how it went.

Paid my usual visit last week. This is always my first top after the flight, it really does help with the jetlag. Excellent as always (although sometimes you spend a little too much time on your stomach), - heartily recommended. As long as you understand what you are getting, a great place.

the reason these places get so much written about them is that these places are not just about relaxing and a real massage.....lol.
or did you not get that point.
try starting a thread on a real massage place and see how much feedback you get.
ps. that aviva website does not imply real massage. I bet those girls would be real pissed if you went only for massage.

Hi Guys:
Fourth trip to Sazanka last Friday. Great as usual; the girl really gave me a good scrubing and excelled herself with the HJ at the end.
