Reading through the last year's worth of posts, I see one reference to paying 2300 at the front desk, and another to leaving a 500 baht tip over and above that - both by tangman.
For a long time, it was 400/hour to the front desk, 1500 to the girl no matter how long - and of course, the white knights of cash were free to expand their egos by providing for the entire village back home.
But what's the standard rate for services (at Snow White) these days? Seems hard to believe it's still 1500 with all the inflation recently.
