I always wonder how many of these mediocre places are actually money laundering fronts.
Any cash only business is ripe for this kind of operation. There are no materials needed to generate profit in this business, so no paper trail that can acurately be traced to the real profits generated, a perfect money laundering opportunity.

Hi all,
I would like to clarify first of all, our all inclusive price is non-mandatory.
Rather it is in place for especially for Japanese customers who prefer to pay in full upfront as well as customers who do not want the hassle of discussing extra services with the ladies during the session. this is also in place to protect the ladies as many times, there are customers who go there just for massage without paying any additional tips.
Please note that customers have the choice of just paying for the massage and then paying the tip for the special service in the room as long as they are aware of the payment system of 500,1000 and 1500.
Also, contradictory to what many members have accused us of being a scam and do not care about customers, this is totally not the case. We do CARE about customers and we always look forward to repeat sessions from our regular customers.
However we have 20-30 ladies in our shop and hundreds of customers everyday and there are bound to be 1 or 2 bad experience once in a while as noone is perfect and also sometimes it really depends on chemisty, mood and many other human factors which are out of our control. What is best to do is to feedback to us (if the manager does not understand or cannot do anything) you can feedback to me here.
We do take your feedback and comments seriously. For any lady who have a bad feedback, we will want to understand the problem and if the lady is at fault, we will certainly inform her and ask her to change/improve. If there is a 2nd bad feedback, we will give her a warning. A third time would have got her kick out of the shop.
As for customers, if it is our bad, we will make it up with a discount (for the massage fee) for the customers. I have actually given some discount to a few forum members in the past and recommend some ladies whom they are happy with.
For the case of Somkid, if what he mentioned is true, then the lady is definately not performing to her level. I would certainly want to know who she is definately, it would help if you let us know this lady. I hope it is not the name of M...
Usually, we have ladies with different level of services from PSE to GFE. There are always different level of services and we cannot expect every lady to perform at the same level of service.
However informally, we have graded our ladies internally.
Star performers - 9 of 10 customers are very happy and many repeat customers
Good performers - good feedback from some customers and some repeat customers
Average performers - few good feedback and once in a while a bad feedback, almost always no repeat customers
Based on this, I always make it a point to recommend ladies based on service by recommending Star performers and good performers.
For the average ladies, as long as they provide a basic service and there are no complaints, we will not deny them a chance to make a living but we will not recommend them and even if customer choose, sometimes we will point out about their average performances.
One thing I want to point out is that I am also a punter and I certainly know what is expected of the ladies but sometimes I hope that all our us can appreciate these working ladies and understand that their job is not easy. 9 out of 10 of the ladies will not enjoy the sex but at least they are supposed to be giving us the impression that they are. Under normal circumstances, a customer will cum after 5-10mins of sex and usually under 15 mins. However, we did have customers who can f*** for 30-40 mins non stop and for this kind of customers, some ladies might not take it. Nonetheless it is no reason for the lady to give that kind of attitude to customer. I will recommend Star Performers who are battle hardened. Once in a while, we have ladies whose pussy are so banged up that they suffer some bleeding and doctor have to ask them to stop work for weeks.

The problem Ez is I took the girl precisely because she was the one recommended. There were a mere 4 average looking ladies available (normal weekday late afternoon) not the 20 to 30 you mention. Firstly what I mentioned is true, there are no ifs. Secondly the fact that you do not know who the lady in question is shows the lack of internal communication you have. On my way out I angrily told the older woman who had replaced the origional receptionist what had happened.
As in any business the level of service provided by employees is a reflection of the culture of the enterprise and values of the owner/management. When was the last time you had surly disinterested moody could'nt give a s**t service at say Starbucks. In my experience never, why because the staff are well trained and know it is never tolerated.
IMHO your girl behaved the way she did because she knew she could keep the money and get away with it and there would be no repercussions and the fact that you do not know who she is after my complaining shows this to be true. If you were interested in customer satisfaction you would have had a report on what happened and taken appropriate action and not spin out the usual
