Correct. Pim (who did not work at Friends on Soi 19 but rather the massage and presumably barber shop inside Nana hotel on Soi 4) is the one who came down with cancer.
Ann from Friends / Lisa left for unknown reasons and I had no luck finding anyone who knew where/if she still works.
So to sum it up, it seems you have On (originally from Pattaya) working at Friends on Soi 19. Good shave, boring HJ.
Not sure who else. I had a couple of other names written down from various threads, but lost them.

Thanks for the update. It is very disappointing that Ann is not around any more. I hope maybe a BM reading this will know where she is and let us know if she can be found somewhere for a good ball shave.
Also, it would be good to expand the field a bit, nice to know the names of others who provide this fine service.

Thanks for the update. Bummer that Ann has left. I think I will pass on On or maybe just have her do the shaving. As someone that only goes to BKK once a year or so, I'm not wasting a shot on an uninspired HJ.

Your first photo is a little cut off on the left. Do you have the street number on Soi 22?
Your second photo indicates a much classier shower and room than at Friends. Ann is moving upscale!

If you don't have a report on a recent encounter with Ann, I'd be grateful if you could get the address and location on Soi 22. On a map Soi 22 looks very, very long so some idea of where to find Ann would be really helpful.
I have a trip to BKK planned for next month so I hope to find Ann and start the trip with smooth balls, etc, courtesy of her fine service.

I just passed the shop today. It is about 150 meters down the Soi in the left side if you enter Soi 22 from Sukhumvit (opposite to Regency Park Hotel).
