I see things very different than you as I am an Oily lover.
House fee (massage) is 100% for the house adn in most places (well, the sexy ones anyway) the girls get no cut from this.
They rely on the "extras" bit to make their salary.
HJ is 500
BJ is 1000
FS is 1500
this is the market price and the vast majority of girls will be happy with this (some deluded ones will ask for more).
Now the tip issue is where a very big grey area comes in.
the above prices are usually for mediocre, bad, average, good.
Now for Great or excellent service, a reward is warranted and one can give it in 2 different ways: Monetary or repeat business.
If a girl gives me multiple shots & Anal, I usually give 1,000 thb over the 1,500 of FS (making it 2,500 total).
At a soapy, the girl only gets a portion of the upfront fee & also rely on tips.
Nataree girls get 1,000 out of the fee you pay and if you give 500 thb tip, then they will earn as much as an oily girl.
After 5 years of being a regular oilies customer, I have my technique mastered:

I've given my input on tipping before in the Lolita's thread.
Basically, it's well known that some jobs get tips and some don't. The tips, just like bonuses in the financial and sales world, form part of the renumeration package.
The tips can compensate for the other bad things and can be a big factor attracting a girl to the job. If there wasn't the possibility of tips, a lot of girls wouldn't go into the job in the first place. Or they wouldn't stay. Or they wouldn't try.
So bringing up the old Mr Pink argument (why should I tip one profession when other professions don't expect it) doesn't work. The tipping is a well-known part of the remuneration package and an incentive to work harder.

I am the tipping kind of guy, maybe I learned this living in the US for years so if giving my chosen lady an extra 500 to 1000 for a couple of hours work means she stays in the job and it makes her day then why not? as it does not hurt my day, month or year.
Now taking it back to the oilys and soapy. Oilys for what they offer are working out more expensive for me. As explained on my first post on this thread, I am not giving up on oilys. It seems that oily ladies do not really get tipped and if I do tip in an oily it works out more expensive for worse rooms, less choice and a few other things that are not in the better department.
A standard soapy gives a lower price in the end, more choice and better rooms. I have never had a bad time in a soapy but then I only visit my set, I am a creature of habit and I am pretty well known in the places I frequent so the papasans know me and in turn the girls know me, when the Shagga comes in and you give him a good time you get a well worth it tip. I am not a cheap charlie but I think why over spend for lower quality, I will pay what it takes to get what I want because I am the customer and I am in the drivers seat to choose.
Also as the customer it is my choice and my choice alone when to tip, but the oily "FEE" system not to be confused with tips seems a bit messy in my small pee brain.

I hope all will forgive me for getting even more off-topic than we already are, but I'd be interested to know where UKShagga goes for his soapy experiences. My reason for asking is that I have had diametrically the opposite experience to him, with the oilies proving much more transparent in their pricing practices than the soapies, many of which seem expensive and the girls much more grasping. I have often found soapy girls ask for excessive tips in advance (not that I necessarily oblige them unless I get good service), whereas oily girls are less prone to ask for tips and much more appreciative when I do tip for good service. I'm guessing that I've been to the wrong soapies and so I'd be interested to know where UK goes.
I'd be surprised if somebody had a bad experience in Mango as I have been very impressed withe their service so far.
