Well, you know the lady since you are into a marriage-like relationship, and I don't. Most working girls I know detest having spelled out in the open what they are doing - thinking that what isn't talked about doesn't really exist.
This board has some restrictions about sharing information (rule No 2) :
"Please consider the privacy of the person in your posts. Do not post messages that may violate their privacy or cause damage to that person's personal life. If you are recommending a person in an establishment, then do not reveal full details (all the details of your encounter) of that person. If you are revealing the juicy details in your field report, then just change the person's name."
Like so many other rules in LOS this one doesn't seem to be applied. Anyway, it's up to the moderators and not me to judge.

Private and P4P somehow do not go in hand IMO. Popularity comes with advertising. Advertising brings more business.

'juicy details' is open for interpretation. My post did not reveal the details of our session, only that she has a nice ass and she is receptive to anal.... completely within the guidelines of the forum.
You are correct though, most girls don't like to be talked about.....but there's not much they can do about it. Again, I remind you this forum is about sharing info, the moderators do a good job here and will decide if a posting is too juicy and will remove it if they so desire. Yes, details about easily identifiable persons who cannot do much about it, as you say, bother me.
If the person doesn't care, as you presume this girl doesn't, then fine with me (and, more importantly, with her).
But many postings here are very indiscreet, to the point of being graphical about real life personas.
And as you know, in a very conservative country like Thailand (on the surface and that is what counts here) "phuut maak" about identifyable peoples' sexual life is never a good idea, whatever westerners believe about the benefits of information sharing.
Doesn't Thailand still have this much critized criminal - yes criminal - law about defamation, which often is interpreted in a very strict sense?

Addendum: should a male customer of a working girl be treated with the same respect or disrespect as the working girl?
If, so, would it be OK to post real name and photo of the customer plus descriptions about the nature of his acts on the internet? Isn't the internet here for "sharing informatiion", and if you don't like it, go to another web site, some social activist might say about such indiscretion...?
I don't know if this analogy holds, just a play with thoughts.

bluber, I agree, we should always be mindful and respectful of the girl's privacy, and think twice about using names or otherwise identifying them when revealing intimate details. Even if the details are positive.
But I think it is fair game to recommend a girl, or warn other brothers to stay away.
On a forum like this the line is often blurry, however, and each situation, report, etc., must be evaluated on its own. I for one am glad to hear that Nat lives up to her alluring photo on the site. They often don't.

Qium, yes, that's a reasonable and civil attitude about this sensitive - possibly also in the legal sense - issue.
About some "infprmation sharing" regarding the very person discussed here I recall my New York doctor's remark to me when doing a DRE:
"Can you imagine that there are weird people how actually LIKE this?"
I don't think anybody, working girl or not, would be amused by being publicly identified as someone who - if not likes - at least is open to "this".
