I managed to pop into Petch Siam when I was in Thailand a couple of weeks back now.
I followed the instructions on this thread to find the place by taxi from Phethburi subway station without problems although just taking the overpass to cross the road was hard work in the Thai afternoon heat.
I visited about mid afternoon so the fishbowl choice was quite limited with only about 6 ladies. Looks were quite average but I was here for a massage with any extras a nice bonus.
There was a gay papasan there to "help" but I found him a bit annoying as he kept pushing the less pretty ladies. More than once, he kept joking about how I should take him instead. He wasn't funny.
I chose the cutest I could see there and the papasan suggested that I should tip him if I had fun. I'm not sure what for though. I paid 600 baht for a 2 hr oil massage and was taken upstairs to a room to wait for my masseuse.
I can't remember the name/number of the girl now, but she was slim, sweet natured and very polite and offered a nice massage. She was a little shy about the extras a the end, but I let her know that I was up for full service. I got a competent CBJ and FS in a few positions before showering, walking out the door after only about 1hr 40mins.
The papasan followed me all the way to the front door expecting his tip which wasn't impressive.
Although not spectacular and the service being a lot shorter than advertised, I had a mellow and pleasant time there and enjoyed the adventure in finding this place.
