Hmm,
Looking back at my experience in this place, now a while ago, I do remember similar red things around di*k.
I have noticed also this to be happening e.g. at Barons.
I don't think it relates to hygiene, more to a cheap soap, which you get a lot of especially at the Chidlom Branch, not the best for the sensitive areas around the little General..

As I was saying, planned to go to Arkane, then the negative reports started to arrive on the forum. Got to the point where I had pretty much written it off and when I had a free evening chose to go to Sanzuka for the first time instead, based on the favourable reports in comparison to Arkane. Boy, was that a mistake!
Chose a girl called Sari, mainly because she looked OK on the picture card, and because they said she was tall, 5'9" I think it said on her card. Actually she was about 5'3" but no big deal.
The problem was not the girl, but the treatment and general atmosphere, or should I say lack of it.
Look, I know it takes all types and the beauty of this site is that guys give their honest views and it's up to others to take it or leave it, but I have to ask, what is it about Sanzuka that so many find appealing?
OK, so we start with the shower, done at a pace, more like a wash and hose down at the car wash than anything else. (This was to be the theme for the next two hours)
Back to the massage room where the totally unerotic pressure massage starts through a towel. Walking on the back etc included (which is fine, no problem with that). My face was jambed down the hole in the massage table with a very rough towelling surround to the face hole. As she was kneeding and pushing me it felt like my face was being rubbed raw by this abrasive cloth. Flick over and more kneeding and pushing all done at a tremendous speed. By now I am beginning to realise that I had made a serious mistake here and that I was not going to enjoy the rest of the experience. After 30 mins or so on the front the lights are dimmed and I knew from this forum what was coming next. the thing was I felt about as much like having an erection as a comdemed man about to hang, would feel.
And here is an indication of how I felt, and this is a first in my lifetime, I refused the hand job! Yep, as she squirted half a litre of oil on my dick from a washing up liquid type bottle, I just gave up the pretence of any enjoyment in the whole affair and told her to forget it.
But was that the end, no way, continue massage for a while more and then downstairs for a salt rub. well, this could be fun done the right way and under the right circumstances, but under interagation strength lighting and done at breakneck speed again, I felt just like a wet fish must feel as it's gutted, hosed down and salted. Did I give up and go back to my hotel bed, no way. Arkane just down the road, let's see what that's all about as a comparison.
find it in no time, open the door and what must have been pretty much the complete entourage pour out of the back room to meet me. Maybe 10 to 12 of them in total. Most were not much to look at, it has to be said.
So I make a pretence out of taking my time and choosing, then ask for Bambi, not knowing if she was in the line up or not. Yes she is, as all eyes turn to the girl on the right. some of the looks were not too friendly towards her either, or was that my imagination? Anyway, up the stairs for the wash down with another girl chosen by the mamasan. She was nice, Lek or something, nice big tits and friendly. Washed me well and the obligatory finger up the bum, then into the massage room with bambi.
Well, you have all read the proceedure so I won't go through it all again, all I will say is that she was great, I loved the low lighting, the slow relaxed pace, the licking all over, the gentle prostate manipulation follwed by the BJ. She was great and I really enjoyed myself.
Final comments, my room was good size, bigger than Sanzuka, it also had a locker in the room for wallet etc.

so that's it, no comparison for me, but that was my experience of both places on that day at that time, could and probably would be totally different for the next guy, but there you go, I can only report what I found. Sanuka, would I go back. Probably yes, if only because I cannot beleive that it is always that bad!

When you said you got a "hose down" at Sanzanka, and the fact you didn't post what package you purchased, I assume you just got a basic. What to get is the 1380 full job including salt scrub on the table. As for the girl, like all places it's hit or miss. Check the reviews more and pick a girl from there. Ask for "an experienced girl" if you cannot speak Japanese. Most of the real good stuff that came with Sanzanka was an incredible, long slow finish from a few experienced girls. I hope they are still there.
As for Akane, I'm reading more reviews. So long as the "sickness" reports and "red looking penis holes" start to disappear, I'll start to reconsider it.

I did have the full salt scrub etc at 1380B. But I agree about always checking the forum for the most highly reccommended girls. I failed to do that this time, but to be honest, I am not convinced it was a girl problem. Sari is one of there most experienced girls according to the picture card they give you. Three years I think.
As for the 'disease' issue at Arkane, I don't buy it personally, on the basis that there is no opportunity to pass on a disease even if present. The 'red hole' problem can be induced by harsh soap, done it myself when too enthusiastic when washing the troops in the shower in a hotel, for example.

I have never had such a poor service as you seemed to have had, did you complain to the management?
Once I had the 'Full Monty Session' in reverse order as you had and did not like it, so I make a point of telling them the salt wash comes first. Sometimes I have to wait for the wash room to be available, but supping on a free beers its not a problem.
My last visit there was back in Feb and the whole service was done at a relaxed pace, yes the wash room lighting is a bit harsh. During the salt application my face has always been covered with a towel to prevent salt getting into my eyes. The wash between my legs seems to take longer than the rest of my body and that is done with lots of grins and sniggers from the girl.
The girl has always asked me how hard I want the massage, if the towels are too hot, do I want her to walk on my back etc. So the reason for your poor treatment is baffling, I for one joke with the girls, make fun of my body, wisper to them that a tip will be forthcoming for good service and touch wood I've never had bad service, yes some haas been better that others but thats life.
Now I must scan back through the post to find out where Arkane is, as I'm always on the look out for somewhere new.

OK, now we are getting somewhere! Seems as though,as you say, I had a reverse process down the line. I was straight upstairs, on with the hot towels, walking on the back, much kneeding and pressing, dimming of the lights (I refused the HJ, as you will have read) then down for the salt scrub. Completely ass about face. If it had been reversed I think it would have been very different. The final massage would have been a relaxing end to the evening, as it was, it was the beginning!WTF!
I did think about complaining but until reading your post I did not know that I had had anything out of the order in terms of sequence. I decided not to complain because Ihad nothing specific to complain about other than I had thought it a crap experience. Not really grounds for a complaint as I would presumably have been told that that's what we do here and many like it.
Does anyone know this Sari girl. I am wondering if she was just bad at what she was doing?
