I agree with previous posters. Aviva was great 5 or 6 years ago and has been moving down in quality ever since. My personal reason to stop going there was around 2010. I got sick from a girl who worked despite having a flue. I had to stay in bed for a week coughing and not feeling well at all. I complained with the cashier/mamasan and they just smiled: "can work, no problem". The funny thing was, the masseuse had a medical certificate from a hospital, but they still demamded her to work.
