I want to concur with Mtyswig.
Three years seems to be the golden number here. Get a woman with at least three years at this place and you are bound to experience quality talent.

Ely and all fellow bros who are great fans of Chavala II, you MUST try Chavala III......
Some of you may know Chavala I located of Sri Ayudthaya, maybe even Chavala II On Sukhumvit at Thong Lor BTS, well for those that enjoy Chavala II there is an even better place called Chavala III.
For those that don't know, The Chavala group offer, 2hrs for 1,300 Baht and this includes a BBBJ, bath, and massage, it is very unusal not to be offered 2 shots, and sometime even 3 or 4. Its a fishbowl selection process.
Anyway onto Chavala III.
This is located on Sukhumvit Soi 71, from Sukhumvit drive all the way down the soi, your looking for soi xxxxxxx 45, its on your left right before you go over a hump back bridge over the Klong. If you hit Petchburi, you've gone too far, landmark on your right just before the left turn is a petrol station, (caltex or Shell I think). Anyway, enter this soi, you'll hit a sort of crossroads, all small roads, but your road clearly bends left, you want to go in to the place diagonally over to your right, it looks old, pointed roof, lots of thai signage on the roof, this is Chavala III.
So why here, well the rooms, these rooms boast big jacuzzi style baths, twice the size of Chavala II, the room itself is about 4 times bigger than Chavala II, there is a couch in the room and a queen size bed, not a massage table pinned to the wall as in Chavala II. This room is great !
Price is the same ! Fishbowl, well I was there at 2:30pm on Saturday, there were 3 pretty girls (JMO) looked between 19-23 yrs old, and there was on granny who was ugly as hell ! papasan spoke english and was laid back, freindly (and shocked at the tip as I left). He recommended a girl, she turned out to be 23, from Korat, worked here for 3yrs, and had all the talent of the older providers in Chavala II, in the room she asked me how many times I wanted to finish, I jokingly said 3, she then said, "okay, first relax, then have fun, then bath, have some fun, then lie down enjoy massage and have some fun, you sure only 3 time ?"
