3 OM venues on Soi 23 near the Tai Pan Hotel I've been to recently:
Ariva - FS with a short Chiang Mai woman. They even have an air mattress if you want a soapy massage!
Happy Time - HJ from a tall Korat woman. She wanted an extra 500 baht just to touch her :< The air con was really cold and the shower had 3 shower heads!
Mareen - HJ from a tall Buriram lady. Nest time I'll ask for FS.
Each place gives you a cup of herbal tea before you leave.

As with many massage places the best time is late afternoon, say 3 pm and later. Night is not advised for this particular place because they close early - I think 10 pm or thereabouts.

A nice, spacious, spanking clean massage shop inside Sukhumvit Soi 4 : Swan. Open until 1 in the morning. Nice girls. Nice service. 250 baht for a thai massage, 1 hour. I went there around 8 pm. The massage was not too good. And from her body language I could guess what was coming. Half an hour into the massage she brazenly toyed me and remarked "he" was sleeping. "You want to wake him up?" I enquired in mock reprimand. A few minutes of negotiation and she settled for 1000 for "everything." As it turned out "everything" was better than the massage.
The positives to this place, besides the sparkling clean interiors, are the wooden floors, darkened private rooms, good aircon, and the silence around. When you need a nice place to unwind in this could just be it.

This is around half a kilometre from NEP. If you walk from NEP into Soi 4 this is to your right, opposite the Omni or thereabouts.

Had some time on my hands and decided I'd take a wander on Suk Soi 23. A few folks had mentioned Tony's so I thought I'd check it out. No trouble finding it. It IS definitely fronted by a jungle. Lots of greenery partially obscuring the entrance and a very dark interior. I entered and looked around. Looked pleasant enough, a girl came up and told me about prices - I think she said 100 baht for 1 hour oil (this was at 2:15 on a Tues). Damn good price! But there were only two girls and one old man in the place. Neither girl was repulsive but neither really interested me. I excused myself and wandered a wee bit deeper in the soi (away from Suk). There are at least 4 other places within 25 meters past Tony's. One had some nondescript girls in very cute dayglo lime green miniskirts. Alas mostly on the large side. One place caught my eye - Kadanga. The girls were all wearing traditional Thai dresses. Hmmmm.... Standard pricing - 400 baht per hour for an oily. I picked a girl out and went inside. Aside from the girl I chose, there were at least 2 other girls I would have been happy to take from looks alone....
She had a nice smile and braces - a bit on the tall side for a Thai girl, but definitely a girl. The massage started out pleasantly. I wasn't looking for a swedish or intense painful massage - something more on the sensual side was in order. She didn't disappoint. We chatted - her English is not bad if you speak slowly, but fortunately my Thai is fair so conversation was good.
After maybe 10 minutes she began teasing me. It quickly became clear that 'special' was in order. I'll spare the lurid details, but it WAS special. One of the best I've had. It was two hours well spent. Standard price of 1500 baht. She's moved to the top of my repeat list over Gina at Sabai....

Hmmm, not sure about that, AdventureDude. But it is in the vicinity. If I remember correctly, Swan bar is on the opposite side, that is, same side as Omni.
I liked your Kadanga discovery. Love the thought of girls in traditional Thai dresses. Just where is it exactly on Soi 23 ? I remember having seen that green mini skirt massage shop after my visit to Tony's.

Kadanga is probably halfway between Tony's and the place with the dayglo lime green miniskirts on the same side. The rooms were clean and the walls didn't quite reach the ceiling but at 2ish in the afternoon, I was the only customer so no worries. There is a small bar just inside as well with 4 stools where you could have a drink before or after...
The dress came off just before the massage began - next time I'll get some photos... I love the trad Thai stuff too. A definite turn on.

Thanks, AdventureDude. Will they do the massage with the Thai dress on, I wonder. After having brought home some Thai vids from Bangkok (to keep me in fine nick while I am away from LOS) I think I might pay her extra to keep her dress on and do it like they do in them videos !
