dear all, thank you for your feedback and suggestion.
first of all, I am the part owner of EZ Massage and as a former forum member (though not active), I am keen to get feedback from here as I would like to see how to improve our business rather than get more customer from BTF.
as a matter of fact, less than 30% of our customers yesterday are from BTF and considering the 50% discount we giving exclusively to BTF members, we are hardly making any money from BTF members. rather, I would just like BTF members to try out our services and gather valuable feedback since most members are active veterans who have tried most of the places and will give good suggestion and feedback.
as for the location, I think we are very well located and it doesn't matter if we are located next to the best massage shop around. it fact it helps our business as the majority of customers on the first day are still walk in customers.
nonetheless, I thank you all for your valuable input and rest assure that we will try to improve. for example, I am considering taking real life picture of the ladies to put on our website.

Actually, as a long time forum member I hope EZ does well. The owner advertises on the home page and probably knows his way around Bangkok and seems like a straight shooter. The BTF crowd is a rough crowd as most also know BKK well whereas tourists often are better potential customers. I will likely give it a try just to support a board member.
It does seem pics everywhere in BKK are photoshopped so no big deal, IF the girls provide good service it will work. It does seem the girls work many places for EZ or others......same pics, different names, different sites.

Jumpinjack, you are right !! And there are more you can easily find in the BTF escorts list...
I wonder how the shop and the girls manage this...same business owner may be.(If the girl is booked one or two days for escort...).
It makes me think also that a girl going for 10 or 12.000 a night is not likely to go for 3000...(even taking into account the site margin...).But this is quite confusing.

I'm a little confused here........how could any customer, on the first day you are open, be considered anything other than a walk in? I would expect none of them to be repeat business the first day you are open.
Less than 30% that identified themselves as BTF members for the discount. That doesn't mean that all your customers for the day weren't BTF members. If you had less than 10 customers it is very possible that all of them were members. Very few of the members that view these forums actually post. Like yourself, since you joined last September, you have not posted, other than now, to sell us something.
There are allot of BTF members that do not post at all, or identify themselves as members when out, so it would be a better assumption that the majority of your customers on your first day were BTF members just from the reaction your posting received. From your description as just walk-ins, you, or your girls, did not know any of them.
Answer a simple question. You must have researched the competition on both sides of you, any smart businessman would have done this before they chose the location, or at the very least done it before they opened. What are you offering that separates you apart from your competition? What makes you different from the best next door?
You're trying to get BTF members to your business, but why should we? What makes you different? You haven't offered anything different, and actually have less services than the competition, from your descriptions. Do you know what your competition offers? Have you ever checked out the competition? It doesn't sound like it.
You ask us to come in and try you out, then offer suggestions. Have you researched the forums here to read what we like, and what MPs offer that keep us coming back to those clubs? It is all written down in the forums, in explicit detail concerning quite a few clubs. If you read, you'll find a general consistency about what separates out the better clubs from the rest, and why members keep going back to those clubs. If BTF members are frequenting a club with consistency, you can bet the regular tourists are too.
You've got access to one of the best up-to-date bases concerning this topic there is to see exactly what makes a successful MP in our experiences. You should be using it, and reading it. Everything you want to know is there.
A number of members will try you out at least once, and some have already, whether they return, or not, is up to you, and your girls. Right next door is not that far to walk if members, and regular tourists, aren't impressed with your services.
My concern is from a purely business standpoint. I am a small business consultant (small business as anything under $10million US a year). I have done business, and consulted in Thailand very successfully for my clients, and myself. I'm only trying to help you succeed. I hate to see any girl loose their job because of management. I would much rather see you succeed so you have to hire, and train, more girls.
