Just to let all you guys know of two Oily massage places near Villa supermarket for those days when wife is grocery shopping.

Mermaids is terrible (small fishbowl with very unattractive ladies). Massage is done with mattress on floor. Left as abosultely no interest. 
Sabai Sabai has 3 branches and have younger and more attractive ladies. But asking price for HJ or BJ is high (Baht 1,000 minimum which I politely declined). They also use mattress on floor 
Lisa's is quite OK and mama-san is nice (good English). Massage is done on proper bed although only partition off like in hospital. The ladies will do HJ for Baht 500 (standard price) and will not be upset if you only need a proper oily massage. Other options are more expensive. They also shower you after massage. 
For best of best, try Relax Massage on Soi 22 (same street as Lisa's). Although massage is done on floor mattress, service & attitude is excellent. HJ for Baht 500 extra. Try the "cream" massage. It is much better than oil, esp. for HJ - abosultely delightful!! 
Barrons seem overrated but more professional (and quality is assured?).

Thanks a lot for good information. I will try Relax the first thing I do when I arrive in about ten days. I have done Barrons before and want to find new gems. You might have some more in your backpocket.
And here is place I¥ve always enjoyed.
You find it if you cross Sukhumvit from Barrons and walk in to the soi and is the first massage place on the left where they have very skilled masseuses both for traditional and oil with or without extras.
