I searched and found mentions of one in Pattaya, but nothing on this one.
From the cars in the parking lot, looks like the locals like it..
Just wonder if anyone knows anything about it.. is it a soapy or an oily?? Prices, etc.
Seems to open in the afternoon, but not sure what time, but I have walked by there about 4-5 and there are cars in the lot ..

This is the same establishment that was on Suk 31; they relocated due to better pricing and larger parking area. The format is similar to Amazon or Carnation... communal sauna/steam/jacuzzi/weight room, with about 10 massage rooms in back. Opens at 11am daily, and is good solid value if you like this format. TTM is 250/1 or 400/2, OM 300 higher... sauna usage is 150.
Several of the rooms are "private" with a personal sauna, bathroom/shower and good-sized bed. Massage is pretty good, and FS is part of the landscape; girls run from 3 on up to 7. They get a lot of Korean and Japanese business, fair number of Thais... have not seen other farang on my visits. Mamasan's name is "Sa" and her english is adequate but most of the other employees don't speak much so be prepared.

I assume that the name of the MP is Silom Sauna located along Soi 22? I did noticed it earlier this year when it was at Soi 31, so you confirm that this is the same one which was relocated?

Silom Sauna is located about 2/3's of the way to Phra Ram IV .. it is on the left as you are going away from Sukhumvit ..
It has a big yellow sign with the name in several languages .. or at least I assume it is the name as that is what is there in English 
Set back from the street with a parking lot ..
communal sauna?? Do you go into this alone or does the girl go with you.. does she do a bit of snuggling?? never been to a place like this .. not sure this would be my cup of tea, but then again I have tried a lot of stuff in my days ..
FS available, so assume HJ, but what about BJ and about what is the tip that should be offered so that you don't come off as a cheap charlie (poor charlie, how did he get such a bad rep ?? )

"Communal" means for the men... this is the typical format all over Asia. You migrate from the communal spa area to the the massage area when you are ready for that part of the ticket. Most of these places offer TTM, some offer OM (like Silom) with the usual extras since that is what the clientele demands. Tipping range same as other venues... perhaps a little lower.
Don't know where the name "Silom" originated, but the business was moved from 31 Suk to 22 Suk about a year ago.

Managed to check out this place recently and here's what I can confirm.
- Designated area for communal steam/sauna for men
- VIP rooms with attached sauna/steam room
- Communcal massage rooms (TTM style)
Picked a girl at random, and I chose to try out the VIP room with attached sauna. A few issues here that I was not too happy. No hot water installation in the bathroom, the sauna took 20mins to heat up and I think I must have blown a fuse or two because when I tossed water at the hotstones, I heard a sharp exploding sound that was it. Also, I think the girl must be new as I opted for an OM session and initially I was lying face up and she did not bother to request me to turn over. Instead she proceed rub my front and was in a hurry to give me a HJ of which I politely declined it. Anyway the session ended with a FJ and that's it.
Total cost of exploration?
OM per hour = 250b (I opted for 2hrs)
VIP room =200b (one time charge)
Pvt Sauna = 200b /hr (I opted for 1hr)
FJ = 1100b (she asked for 1500b initially)
Total = 2000b
Well, it pays to learn. That 2000b could have been spent at a more comfortable soapy MP but anyway, this is might be my last FR in LOS for a long time to come as I'm moving on to PP in a few days' time. Perhaps the FR Outside LOS will see more of my contributions here.
By the way, do not expect the girl to join you in the sauna/steam as they are afraid the heat inside will melt their makeup and hairdo.

I used to patronize the place when it was in Soi 31 (my first encounters in Bkk a few years ago when I went for business ONLY).
The place was rather lousy i.e. grey sheets/towels, had to beg for (outdside!) showers.
I remember a gem called Poi, very good massage and BBBJ. Did not hear about her for 2 years.
The place was cheap, just cheap.

Previously, this is really some years back, Silom sauna was located at, as you might have guessed, Thanon Silom. Have been a regular at Suk Soi 31 for some years. Became part of a kind of traditional visit every so now and then (as in Pattaya). As previously said, communal sauna area mainly frequented by Asian customers. Those guys are often rather amused to see a Farang walking in and are very talketive and sent 'their guys' over to get you water, towels etc. Sometimes really amusing. TTM available in semi private areas. All services are provided on request. Girls are no stunners, some are good in what they are doing......TTM etc. If you are looking for a more 'local' experience, I can recommend this place.
