You can try the spas in any of the 5 star hotels. Also the Wat Po Thai Traditional Massage School which has 2 locations.
Even at the best spas, with a really good massage, one will still sometimes be offered a "happy finish" (but probably not at the massage schools).

Apologies to those who object to an old thread being resurrected, but I thought that this one was the better option to go for.
Lots of guys really like a soapie or an oily massage and the places are numerous and listed elsewhere. Sometimes in these places the sex is great. And you quite possibly would be going for that offer too, but need a good massage as well.
But if your expectation is to have a really good massage, a lot of the times the girl is not proficient nor properly trained in these places and that can lead to disappointment. It is then that one should know where to go for the proper thing. And you may choose to go either before or after the sexual soapie or oily elsewhere, or even just after a long day's work or sight-seeing you only want those tired muscles loosened up.
The place that I have found is about 600 metres down Sukhumvit Soi 23. Now there are quite a few massage places down there past soi Cowboy,if you can momentarily resist the temptation to dive in.
Keep going on down the soi and on your right hand side, the first shop in a row of shops is Tony Thai Massage. The shop sign is in orange and it's half hidden behind a whole clump of plants. It is authentic, clean and fragrant with well trained staff who are polite and caring, And yes, if you asked there, you might get your request met by a few of the girls for a happy ending of sorts although not full sex.
It stays open to catch the late revellers from Soi Cowboy who might have strained a neck muscle looking up at the many honeyed pussies on display and for rent.
Excellent service and a really pleasant ambience, if you are looking for that sort of oasis.

The "Herbal Association" on Sukhumvit Soi 24, 5 min. walk from Emporium towards "Rama 4" just after "Spa 24 is a fantastic place for what you have in mind.
Booking is Required most days...... you get your own room and the massage is simply 1st class as are the rooms.

I think Michele would have found a place by now. He posted in 2004.
But I did go to Tony's Thai Massage place, and it's very reasonable ( in fact dirt cheap ) and very good and spotlessly clean.
As Joe Wood pointed out, about 600 metres down soi 23 on the right.

Does anybody know what time Tony's Thai Massage closes? There have been times where I want a thai massage after midnight without a happy ending either because I am spent or plan to meet up with a honey later that morning. There used to be a traditional massage place open until 4am in Huay Kwang but that closed down recently.

Tony, I suspect, doesn't approve, or doesn't want to know.
You have to ask the lady administering the service.
And some girls do and some girls don't.
You may be lucky.
Most of the girls live in.
The place shuts down at night when the stream of customers tapers off at about 2 or 2:30 a.m., so it's pretty late.
Tony's a good guy. Very polite and helpful.
Used to have a shaved head and dressed in what I took to be monk's robes. But no, he is not a monk.
He and the girlfriend have an apartment upstairs.
But it is a very traditional place. Cheap, neat and clean.
You get a really good massage there. It's worth going, at least once, to compare it with the rip-off joints and the expensive places.
