Short answer is no. I tried when I first went to Hua Hin and was not treated too kindly to my request from the local massage places in the town.
There use to be a place called the Diamond Bar/Pub (about 2 kms north of the township up a Soi) or something similar that opened around 3pm and it was more of a soapy - believe that is still operational.

Beg to differ. On last visit to Hua Hin, in thai place directly opposite entrance to Sofitel, I was taken upstairs adn offered HJ. Didn't ask for anything more, so no idea.

Um, no. If I was there, I could find them, but I do remember wandering accross the road from my hotel, along a road which was a market and then just on the edges of the usual bar area were a few new bars, one of which I sat in and noticed that it was a 'blow job' type bar. I then got very pissed and ended up with the above mentioned bird in my bathtub and have no memory of where I found her, but I suspect it was the BJ type bar.

hmmmm..... I have been to HH many times and have had many oil massages at different establishments and not one has offered extras. So, it is not as prevalent as other cities in Thailand, but sounds like some have found places or sometimes specific gals who will do extras.

Sorry for late post, just noticed this thread.
The place opposite the Sofitel entrance is called the Thai Orchid and offers just about anything, from what I can make out. Been twice and received BBBJ with CIM on each occasion - tipped 700 each time. 1hr OM is a standard 300 - same in all massage places in Hua Hin.
Mostly older girls in the place but there are some young cuties, although I've heard most of these are still in training and may not provide extras. First girl I was with told me they have a private room where FS, including double acts, was available, and that anal is also on the menu.
