GDiary has a Top Girls listing section.

My guess is the TTM [or the girl herself] pays GD to promote particular girls who may need customers rather than the implication that these are girls who are very popular and likley to give great service.
Even if they are considered popular, it is more likley opinion rather than actual number of their bookings.
Anyone know something about this ?

The rankings seem to be based on the number of views for that particular girl. Don't think it has anything to do with any form of payment, though that could be a possibility.

Yep. I almost clicked an Amsterdam favorite to the top spot, but someone else had even more time to waste than I did just doing mouse clicks.
Doubt the girl gets anything for being voted top. Most girls in MPs have no idea their picture is on the GDiary site. Showed one Amsterdam SM girl her photo from GDiary... she went ballistic. She said she was told the photos were for promotional brochures for the MP. A few days later the photo was removed.

i bet not one nude (usually not a good looker) who get posted nude on the internet gave her john the permission to do it.
