this is not an underdiscussed subject. If you do a search on just one thread,

I've thought about your post, it's specific in asking if the girls "offer"

I don't have anything like as much experience as NicFrenchy has, but what experience I have is indicative that he is broadly correct. As the Thais say 'up to you', but given the sheer number of guys these girls service my own sense is best to be careful. These days I try to avoid any possible temptation by going to places and with girls where condom use for full service has been fairly automatic.
