Well for those of you who may well enjoy a round of golf at Thana City once in a while may I help to ensure you're aware of a 'Pretty Spa' at said location.
Its called Relax Pretty Spa and seems to be part of a chain of 5 or 6 other spa's similarly named.
Location, Bangna Trad, perhaps Km 15, outbound side at Thana City.
After turning in to Thana City follow the signs for the clubhouse, when you arrive at the entrance to the clubhouse (a right turn off of your road), drive straight all of 200 meters and you will see the spa sign in front of a small house on the right hand side.
SOP is HJ in these spa's, I was interested in this one as it stated it opened at 9am. I was in the area at 11:30 and I had only 1hr to kill.
3 girls presented themselves, none of whom I would describe as pretty, but average spotty late teenage gals (100% 18+).
I chose a lady named 'Party' who was smiling and playful and was asked to pay the 1,000B fee at the cashier.
I was then led upstairs to a small room, no shower, a low bed with a large towel over it, and cold aircon. I was invited to shower...alone while a drink of my choice was prepared.
These places are all HJ only, with options for clothes on or off, typically a 1,000B buys you an hour, massage and the HJ.
After a shower I returned and lay on my stomach awaiting said massage.

Yes I know thats a lot for a HJ, but my regular spa uses Nuru Gel and my god they are so talented at what they do that no other stimulation is required, simply amazing and a great line up, but alas they don't get going until 2pm.
Anyway, would I go back to Relax, maybe but I would never take Party again !
It may well be that this spa caters to rich Japanese golfers looking for an expensive quick shot and hence they get away with it, or I may have just had a bum bird.
Only a further visit will tell.

Hi M,
I think your last comment sums it up, its a golf course, a good one that is, and its loaded with Japs and Korean.
Since "Party" went straight for the little guy it seems like they just wack off the guys and collect the cash.
I'm in Saigon these days where the scene is quite different...

Meat's got it right, as usual... as does Expat. The clients that constitute the bulk of the market at these golf venues are not just North Asian, the majority are North Asian tourists on "golf" tours and are therefore easy marks. The 2,500 tab that Meat choked on looks damned attractive to a guy who's going to be back in Osaka next week.
Both Pinehurst and Bangkok Golf have similar setups, with similar pricing. (Or had... I have not patronized either in 2-3 years). However, a solid Thai massage was also available at these two venues... not just overpriced hand relief.
Interesting historical note... some of you may remember Ms Koi who plied her trade for several years at 33 Center... tiny well-formed creature with one of the most receptive clitori on the planet, and an exceptionally talented masseuse. She learned her trade at Thana City before moving on to the Big Mango... which proves that superstars can emerge in unlikely places.

These girls are also looking for whales. Usually of the local and eastern Asian (as mentioned) variety. These places definitely aren't HJ only if you visit more than once and you don't show up in a taxi or Toyota Vios. Pretty relax own several spa, the pretty, pretty regent, the modeling spa etc... The last few years there are been phenomenal growth in the pretty spa industry. Now you can find them in almost every neighborhood around bkk/

From searching info online, the inside looks very nice...found one English review said that the workers there are mostly part-time uni students and office workers.
