Surprised that I found no mention of this nice little spa anywhere on this Forum. Located on Sukhumvit Soi 11, bang opposite the President Palace Champions Restaurant & Sports Bar. After a tiring day, when my legs were threatening to fall off, I hobbled into this place hoping I would get a good TTM. I was lucky. The Thai Massage (300 baht) was one of the best I have had. The young lady literally squeezed out all the ache and fatigue from my joints and muscles and restored me to partying condition just in time for the gathering night.
It's a 2-storeyed spa warmly lit by little oil lamps all along the stairs. The aircon is well controlled and the bed linen and massage dress are all neat and fresh. Tranquil feel inside. The TTM massage beds are on the floor and are well curtained. As for extras, I wasn't in a shape on that day, and therefore didn't ask, but I got the impression that one could find some "happiness" there.
Bann Phuan (Phuan pronounced Purn, as in Burn) offers Traditional Thai Massage, Head & Shoulder Massage, Foot Massage and Oil Massage only. Prices are close to standard with TTM at 300 baht and OM at 500 baht for an hour.

A friend of mine tried that place, when I asked him about any specials, he replied, nothing was offered. It looks more like a legit massage shop. There's another nice massage shop called Raintree Spa, on soi 11 as well, it's next to Rot Sabiang, the Thai restaurant with a live band.

The girls working in so called "legit" shops with the odd exception will not open the conversation on specials. It is up to you to ler her know by some touching or sexy banter that you are interested. I would imagine it's like Tarntip on 7 some do and some don't.

I was offered the regulation herbal tea when I returned to the reception fully dressed. As I sipped the tea I made small talk with the manager. I vaguely recall she said the spa was operating for about nine years now. It was somewhere through all this that the girls giggled and taught me how to pronounce "Phuan."
The atmosphere is certainly conducive to a nice relaxing massage accompanied by nice chat which could be taken at the flood to lead on to other possibilities. In fact, there was some more giggling when I was putting on my shoes and I asked the manager, a thin middle-aged, bespectacled woman, what the fun was all about. She nodded towards the girl who had massaged me (she was now standing shyly by the door preparatory to my exit), and said, "she says you handsome man..." So I have encouraging evidence here that happiness is there to be had if pursued subtly.

Most likely the reason most girls will not provide extras on site is the owner's policy against it, it rarely reflects the girls own value's. Were they to go against shop rules and are found out it could mean their job.
Some owners are less picky in this regard than others eg the boss at Tarntip gets regularly serviced himself by usually the youngest girl onstaff but still want to maintain the shop's profile as a "legit" massage service possibly to avoid issues with the boys in brown or possibly they see it as a better business proposition.
