Dr I said between 1 and 4 days. Count any six months that do not include February. Try counting the 6 months from July to December. Or from March to August for example.
Imposing the condition that his stay has to include February is not what I think Myrth had in mind when he asked.

"six months" was a general length of time. if I can spend about six months using a tourist visa, then that'll do just fine.
