i rented a condo for a month with these people nice appartment 10k baht for a month + utilities (electric water cable ect) very easy to to rent and frendly easy to get to jomtian and pattaya about 5-10 mins either way by baht bus depending on traffic so if your planning an extended stay here I think this is the best way to go http://www.fairproperties.com/
Trying to promote ViewTaley I C. View Talay is everywhere and fairproperties does its job also. The rooms are ok for the price but the decks suck. The pools are the best to swim in. They are building again and taking on more investors. No way for 30sq meter room studio for 2 million baht. High condo speculation once again. Jomtien Complex has some space with decks.
