it's located next door to qbar which in my opinion is not good,

Exactly... right behind Q Bar and The Ritz. I live one block away and still enjoy the pumping bass speakers from the QBar soundsystem until 2am...
And it will surely (hopefully?) not be beginning of October...
Lots of heavy street construction work going on in Soi 11. They are reconstructing the sewage system of "Klong 11" (eventually, and in the middle of the rainy season... TiT)

Any chance this might help reduce the flooding every time it rains? The only downside I see about Soi 11.
Le Fenix, Citichic, and now Fraser... trendy new places to stay.
Besides QBar and Bed, the soi will soon be home to another new club... Twisted Republic
All in all, soi 11 is moving up.

Big banner announcing October opening. But from the look of it, I would say November 1 is optimistic.

Ok, I got an e-mail from them. So I inquired about the 1 Bedroom deluxe.
1. Does the deluxe bedroom come with a washer?
Ans. We provided washing machine in all rooms.
2. Does the rate include internet access?
Ans. There is hi-speed internet access in room charge at 2,000 Baht nett per month.
3. What is the total price for the time I am staying, all charges,
VAT, service, etc? Will I still have the special promotional rate?
Ans. The estimate cost for your monthly stay is 67,410 baht nett and 69,410 baht nett with internet usage.
This was another e-mail they replied to regarding the monthly rate. I think they got it mixed up.
First of all, thank you for your kind interest in FRASER SUITES SUKHUMVIT, which is a 5-stars Serviced Apartment with 163 luxurious rooms. We will open for soft opening on October 15, 2007 for 4 categories from all of 10.
