The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from Nana station. 10 baht will get you quick motorcycle ride (I recommend this). Approaching the hotel, it just has a large white wall and driveway which leads to a square turnaround. The lobby is nice, not impressive but quite nice. Next to the front desk is a room with 2 computers and a printer. Internet is free on these.
The elevator requires a keycard to go up. Breakfast and pool is on the 5th floor. Breakfast usually has a delicious salami, scrambled eggs and eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage, fresh baguettes, croissants, fruits, beans, fried rice, and a rice soup. A few other things get shuffled into the mix on different days. The pool is just outside the restaurant and is pretty nice.
The gym is on the 6th floor. It's been getting some work done so I haven't gotten to see much of it yet. It's all brand new equipment.
I'm staying on the 15th floor. There seem to be only 8 or 10 units per floor. A buddy and I are sharing a connecting studio and 1 bedroom. We share the same entrance. The 1 bedroom has a balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom. Nice samsung flat panel in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom is large and has a huge bathtub. The shower has one of those rain showerheads which is just heaven, I mean real nice. Also a detachable spray wand. Studio has the same shower, the bathroom appears to be larger as there is no bathtub. Plenty of storage for clothes in the closet and the safe is in the bathroom. The safe takes a code and also can use a credit card.
Furniture is very modern and flows very well. Under the TV sits amplifier/receiver that has an auxiliary connection for Ipod or what not, but no cable included. Also a DVD player. The kitchen is quite nice, in the 1 bedroom the washer is in the kitchen. The washer is in the bathroom on the studio. The 1 bedroom unit has a lounger, studio just has a small couch.
The bed is nice, a bit firm for my taste but not bad. Nice lighting throughout the apartments but confusing as heck as to what switch does what. The washer is also a dryer but I can't figure out why this thing has such a long wash cycle, it goes on and on for hours.
The kitchen in the 1 bedroom has a 4 burner cooktop while the studio has a 2 burner cooktop. It comes complete with a real nice set of utensils, pots and pans, and cutlery. There is a microwave/convection oven as well.
The hotel is very guest friendly. I asked them straight out about bringing chicks back and they said no problem.
I'm really happy with this place, I can get used to this.  The shower is the best part of staying here. 7-11 is right across the street. There is a small Soi that can be used as a shortcut from Soi Nana if you can guide a taxi.

Fraser just launched their complimentary tuk tuk service to the skytrain station. It's a real nice big white tuk tuk, biggest one I ever saw. Seats probably 6-7.

Yeah, sure TukTuk...
You wait 10 min. for your scheduled limo tuk to show up and then you got stuck in the heavy Soi 11 traffic... Don't even try Soi 11 on a 4W vehicle between 1am and 2.30am. It's closing time of Bed S. Club, Q-Bar and many others and a really impressive exodus... kind of hi-so Nana Car Park LOL
Motocy is your vehicle of choice in Soi 11... no waiting, nice price and a tiny little dose of adrenalin on top...

This place gets the thumbs up from me. Cool place to stay and better value than President Solitaire which is just around the corner. A one bedroom 73 sqm apartment with large balcony currently rents for about 4K per night. Swish interior and it still has a new feeling about it. King size bed is great and doesn't seem to have too many miles on the clock.
Sundeck and pool area is nice, albeit a bit small, but is west facing so good for late afternoon lazing.
Very girl friendly - IDs are never checked and no one bats an eyelid.
My only gripe is the food. Room service menu is limited and it ain't that great.
If the prices remain at this level, I'll stay here again.

I am planning to stay there but I received this email from them:
"- Is wifi provided free with the rooms
Answer : charge at THB 300+5% service charge+7% Vat per day.
- What is your guest policy
Answer : please check direct with Asia rooms website."
Can board members confirm that they are guest friendly?
I do not like their bullshit about the wifi though...
