Like I said, Ive never rented a place theren so I wouldnt know. Thats why Im asking. It appeared like that was the Yearly rent to me. I would assume that was the Monthly rate, but it would be pretty stupid of me to assume anything really wouldnt it?

To be fair to S M E G M A, Bt 20,000 is only around GBP 300 or US$ 500. I know that Bangkok is cheap, but come on its not that cheap.
