Is there an English business defintion of the term "Goodwill"?
I've heard of market share, past performance, customer return rate, new customer rate, operating cost vs. gross income, employee turnover rate and tax rate among many other terms but I've never heard of the term "goodwill" being used in a business sense in either the US, China, or Japan.
Who knows, maybe goodwill is a term that only exists in Thailand. If so, I stand corrected and apologize.

THE RESULT IS BETTER.THERE IS TOO A FRENCH GUY STANDING IN THE BACKGROUND , NOT TAKING CARE AT ALL OF THE PLACE ,BUT GIVING A FEELING OF SECURITY TO THE LADIES
The place was sort of lethargic, and the service was good but not as good as before. ÝI cannot draw definitive conclusions based on 3 experiences but it appears that the boss's personality and attitude may be contagious.
IT MAY BE , THIS IS WHY MIND IS TAKING CARE ALONE OF THE PLACE
ÝOn all 3 occasion I came to the club at about 15:00, so the lower quality of service could not be attributed to tiredness.Ý

Not only are you a nice guy and a good businessman, but one of the girls told me that you were "the no. 1 papasan in Thailand", firm but fair. ÝI know she meant it because I asked her several question about <Eden> and she gave me honest answers. Ý
I ALWAYS TRY TO BE FAIR , AS MUCH FOR THE LADIES ,AS MUCH FOR THE GUYS
I BFd her and she was great in every respect. ÝThe chemistry was just perfect.

If you are really serious about getting out of Eden Club after it is sold I have a proposal for you to consider.
How about a joint-venture to start a similar Club but a MUCH BETTER Club than Eden ?
Please send me a email or PM and and we can discuss further on this.
I have a few ideas in my head on how to start and run a better Club and hope to make it an internationally-known name like McDonald's.
