Most Filipino style gogo bars and KTVs have no barfine, but VIP rooms on premises. Prices vary, but expect to pay 2000 Piso for 2 hours including drinks and 1000 - 3000 Piso tip for the girl.

A quick update (Aug 30th), almost 3 years already. Checked out Casino and Firehouse in EDSA Complex. In both bars, the barfine was 1,400 P. Lady drinks 195 P (slightly cheaper than other bars/clubs that I checked out). San Miguel Light was 110 P.
ST: 2,500 P and LT: 4,000 P. Didn't bargain as I wasn't interested anyway.
We had to go through the metal detector as we got in, and I was searched, and had to surrender my camera. :-( The guys with the Polaroid cameras were charging a hefty 175 P, and you know, they'd just disappear with the change if you give them 200 P, so effectively it's 200 P. Buggers!

Current update on P. Burgos in Manila (August 28). Barfine still 3000 at most bars and half that during happy hour in some. Girls want to make money so lots of them will meet you at your hotel at 8 or 9 PM if they are on the day shift and avoid the barfine. Long time is still around 3000. You shouldn't have to pay more but don't pay alot less.....
Bars in Burgos are not busy. I went 4 nights in a row and very few customers. Like in the order of 2-4 in a bar so bargaining position is good but everyone is on your ass for drinks and wanting to be your new friend for the evening. I talked with a girl I have known for several years and she tells me it has been very slow for a long time.

Yes, I think Burgos is a ripoff also but I did enjoy Firehouse at EDSA. Most girls will go for 2000 ST and 3500 LT.

Only managed to check out a few places in P. Burgos (Aug 30th)
Dimples:
SML (San Miguel Light) : 160 P
LD: 390 P
Once the girl gets 10 LDs, she can leave the bar.
Bandido
SML: 150 P
LD: 350 P
Barfine: 1,500 P
LT: 3,000 P
Divino (this an upscale strip club, beneath Jools)
SML: 200 P
LD: 4-600P (650 P for foreign girls)
VIP Room: 500 P
Girls are NOT barfineable.
There were 3 Russian girls (similar quality to the ones in Galaxy at Pattaya, better quality than any of the CM2 girls), and the rest were Filipinas (so far the best looking ones I have seen in any bars)
