Very nice Hotel (or was about a year a go). Girl tolerable but not totally friendly, maybe its because I had 2, they where small!

shangri la is very friendly. 10 minute walk down Makati ave. to P Burgos. I do it all the time but always take a cab back after dark. Taxi's are cheap so take cab both ways if you are concerned. Expensive but good quality girls, good english and good sex. Have had many very williing partners who scream like crazy with oral. EDSA is OK to but I prefer Burgos and I am willing to pay a bit more. You may spend $100 for barfine and girl but it will be worth it. Manderin Orientail is a 1 minute walk from Burgos. High end rooms and a fraction of the cost of SL if you book thru internet discount sites like Agoda. That is where I am staying week after next.

cheers sam but I am now being put up at the Hyatt Casino in Malate.
I've no idea how far from P.Burgos it is.
Do you or anyone else know if theres action in and around this place?
Its a 5 star hotel with casino. I dont want to end up paying London prices.
Yes, I have heard of taxis but I'm told that Malate is a different city.
Could it be the equivelent of Samuthprakarn to Sukumvit or worse.

The Hyatt in Malate isvery close to the L.A.Cafe which is one of the best mongering places in Manila all of the ladiesare freelances so no bar fines and all night rate of less than 2,000 there are some dogs get in there but also some stunners + the place is open 24 hours the area is dodgy so I would take a cab even from the Hyatt it'll take around 5 mins. The hyatt is like every hotel in Manila very girl friendly.
EDSA is also close bye approx 10 mins by cab but Burgos depending on traffic is at least a 30 minute cab ride but i'm with wandering sam on this one Burgos is worth the cab ride.

Yes, EDSA very nearby & if you like Go Go's where you get to look before you try it can be a better bet. Get there early, before 10pm as the better Girls go early.

Guys slightly off topic but anyone living in Manila and knows of forums that are solely focused on Manila life?
Need to find various info, hotels, apartments and a good dentist. Usually do all my dental work in Bkk but this time have a magnificent kinky perverted babe that I met in Japan, so thought I would work remotely from there for a while..
THe info here is limited and also pretty old so any adivce on other forums would be great.

But problem I have with this as well as with most filipino forums is that most exchanges are in tagalog, or even better "tag-lish"... Despite a note on the forum asking for people to use English, not many stick to it and it considerably limits user-friendliness for us non-tagalog speakers.
