Yes they are fun, & yes they are as seedy as they sound.
I have just come back from Star of Light in Patpong. Very seedy. Fantastic place. Girls are so friendly. If you don't want to do it by the bar, or on the sofas, they have a small private room (no extra charge).
Try Lolitas next to Soi Cowboy. They have curtains to pull round you while doing the business.

you will find a hell of a lot of info about the bars if you go through the pages on the 'speciality bar' section.
anything which has BJ,Star Of Light,Kangaroo,Pumpstation(help me out guys,only ones i remember)will tell you a lot.

Girls in BJ bars I think are generally not as good looking as the girls you would find in gogo bars etc. But they make up for that in the service department.
You are usually not required to use a condom for a BJ, but I know of at least one girl in Pump Station in Pattaya that will insist on a condom.
Generally pay about 600/700 baht for a BJ in one of these bars.

i wish cmore.
i have only ever spent 2 nights on the town in BKK and i had the company of my girl and i thought it was taking the piss if i visited any of the places on Patpong as we walked around.
sadly no dedicated BJ bars in Patong Beach.
if i win the lottery and move out there,seems like i know what sort of establishment i would hope to operate...
