You DON'T pay for the room, but if you don't know any better, they will scam you. They ask for 700 total, but will take less (500+tip). I always tip for good service, and let them know up front.
Too bad the 'pong ALWAYS works on scams; Lolita's and Alley Cat are fixed price, and more laid back. Always tip for good service there, too...
