There is a BJ Bar on Soi 11 (maybe 13) across the little side Soi across from Mermaid. The name is Soi Dog Good Time Bar. Cost is 700 baht for which you get your choice of girls for 20 minutes. If at the end of 20 minutes you have not cum, they have a "Venus Love Machine" which is a tube that they place on your penis and the tube is hooked to a machine which moves the tube back and forth and it will get you off in no time. Ircer- Here's another take on your questions:
1) When entering a BJ bar what's the protocol to choose a girl? ie where will the girls be?
That's a good question- they have a queue in most places, so, unless you act fast to preempt it, and choose your own, *you* will be chosen. If you're like me you always appreciate a nice view whilst getting blown. So that generally means you have to act fast and assign yourself to one at the get go. As an alternative, you may also not see anything you like, and it may be worth having a drink at the bar, decline the advances of the queued gal who will now be chatting you up at the bar, and wait and see who shows up in the next 15-30 minutes.
2) 600bt or so for a BJ, is that room (if any) inclusive?
Depends on the venue, but pretty much yes. In *most* cases they aren't charging you for a room- only for the service fee of what you're up to. Meaning, if you decided to shag your little beauty queen they'd send you off to a room and you'd pay the ST fee for her. But I've gotten rooms in the past for the purposes of a BJ only [where ST shags were solicited and declined] and paid only for the BJ.
3) do girls get naked while BJ? Touching, fingering, etc allowed?
Think of them as slightly modest- I do from my experience- as most will peel off their shirts and let you play with their titties readily. The two or three times I've tried to slip a finger under the panties I've been rebuffed. That *could* have been the situation though, as we were behind curtains and they might have been concerned things would get rapidly out of hand were my fingers to probe further.
4) any minimum fees if we did not proceed and walked out? ie at least a drink?
No.
