I had several enjoyable evenings at Twins my last visit to BKK. It's my kind of place, relaxed, friendly girls, with a couple of pool tables and short time rooms upstairs (although I have no doubt there is a pool table upstairs you can use too, if that is your thing). It reminded me of my favorite bars on Soi Six in PTY.
I don't know the ST/LT pricing as I didn't go upstairs or BF any of them, but the LD prices are 90 baht for a regular drink (coke and whisky) and 120-30 baht for a beer (the girls all asked me first if it was okay for them have a beer, which is actually my preference that they drink).
I had one girl in there who was completely my type, leggy, with a fantastic ass, and a cute enough face with soft lips and bedroom eyes. She was great fun to play with at the bar. Wouldn't go LT, or at least that's what she said the first time we discussed the matter. But very GFE friendly.
When she wasn't available, I had an equally good time hanging out with another girl there who had eyed me the first time. Lots of delicious play at that bar. Like I say, my kind of place. No pressure to take them upstairs, but it's there if you want to.
They also have a private party room upstairs (perhaps that's where the pool table is) that would be fun to reserve for an evening with a few friends and few select girls. I would rate most of the girls there a 6-7 for looks, and a solid 10 for friendliness. I think you can get quite wild and let it all hang out upstairs if that is your thing.
The bottom line is that I like the place because I don't feel like I am being hustled. To the contrary, it feels like a neighborhood bar with some really, really friendly girls.

There are two bars on Soi 23 nearly next door to each other(one is Twins the other Siamese twins). The original Post is referring to the long narrow one that has no pool tables downstairs (next door to the Thai food cafe). Most nights the girls are sat outside. The other bar is a bit more reserved although still quite wild. The one referred to has a pool table upstairs which is used for shagging or they have a sort of mattress thing which they throw down but no short time rooms. Very sleazy but good fun.

If you are talking about the Siamese Twins, You can take as long as it takes for the girls to make you cum.. and further, all depending on their mood, this is a no hassle, no hustle place.

I remember taking a girl out of Siamese twin about 5 years ago, she was really nice&young.
