I would be surprised if they tried to charge you an extra 500B, unless you explicitly asked for two girls. However, you're certainly expected to tip both (or all of them) and it should probably be significantly more than what you would have just given the one. I.e. 1 girl = 500B, 2 girls = 400B each tip. If you only tip 300 then 200 each would seem fair. My guiding principle would be to pay as much more as I thought the experience was worth (i.e. I wouldn't pay any more to have Moby on my Dick).
But that's farang logic, so it may not apply.
