I have not paid much attention to the diet thing. But in LOS lots of sex help keep the cheese down.
Wanna get your own parmegiano? Then hold on the sex for a few days and keep it dry (yes contrary to popular belief) and unrolled -be careful when peeing or you may end up disturbing the fermentation process that is going on. After a couple of days you get a nice uniform layer of parmegiano like cheese (in taste and smell - consistency is different) so evenly distributed that it is almost unnoticeable and that is like a second skin.
I guess this would the moment maybe to talk about eating lots of strawberries. Perhaps combined with the cheese production, now you could give the girl your own version of a strawberry cheesecake.
