I would have thought that madfrog's posting would have been enough for you to evaluate this bar and decide that it would be an off-limits area to you.
However, if you are specifically looking to get bitten by fleas at the same time as being blown, I would have thought that the other two pages would not be too taxing for you to flick through.
Not wanting to be unhelpfu, let me add that the Kangaroo Bar is on Dr.Love's tour of Patpong 1, or it was. But he can show you far better but uninfested places and you can request not to be shown that particular bar, if you so wish.
But if you want to find it yourself, look out for Kiss bar on the left of Patpong 1 as you walk down from Silom and it is right after that bar, up the stairs. It has a sign outside but the entrance at night is somewhat hemmed in by the stalls and market sellers.
If you really want a good bj bar in that vicinity, ask Dr.Love to show you the Star of Light bar on Patpong 2 or follow the directions on page 1 of that thread. You will not find any cats or fleas in that place. It is very clean and very friendly.

Thank you all for the wonderful and heart-warming insults. Makes me remember why I support the death penalty. I'm sure I will find my way around LOS (again) just fine. As for the "flea" problem, I don't believe it al all and I wonder if someone isn't getting a % for referrals?

Tengodo : I do not care if you dont believe me, I dont get any money from anyone, simply my favorite girl in Bangkok use to work in Kangaroo. She was the one showing me the flea's bites on her legs and complaining about the cats of her boss...Whenever I was taking her with me I was phoning her and giving the barfine money to her to avoid going in the bar, I have no problem with anyone there (i think most girls there are pretty..... friendly, well, even the two doormens know me and call me "boss" LOL) but I dont like fleas....
Now this girl has a sponsor, stopped "work" and moved to a better appartement, I wish her to be happy with this guy if she follow him in his country.
So I dont think I ll be back in Kangaroo anytime soon, still I dont wish them bad business...
My advice if you want to try those girls : go there, find a girl you like, pay barfine FAST and go elsewhere to enjoy her "service".

I never had the problems you guys talk about at Kangaroo. I went there on an afternoon and they had a few nice looking ladies there. Sat at the bar ordered a beer. One of the ladies I had my eye on was at least a 7 in looks. To cut to the chase, we went in the back and I got full service BBBJ and doggystyle action for 900BHT when I was there in April.
Next time I'm there, I'll ask if any of em do "backside"
