(Let me think. I'm back home, so the soi numbers are a little unclear.)
I believe it is is soi 8. You can access via soi 6 too.
Go down soi 8. Turn right about 100 metres down the soi. Lolita's is then on the left of the side street.
Alternatively, go down soi 6 (it goes by a couple of derelict building sites). If you see a big cross on a church you are in the right area. At the end, turn left into the Hotel Sukhumvit compound. Walk across and head for the 'exit to soi 8' (I think that is the wording on the wall). Lolita's is the first establishment on the right.
Note that Soi 6 connects to soi 4 (useful if you want to get to Lolit'as from Nana Plaza).

Guys,
