Agree with you on talent. Even the ladies there at SOL know the score on the talent level. I had a regular there for years (no longer working), and she was great, but she would always say, I want you to come back to me, but if not working, go to P***, or T***, or whoever. Totally agree with you there, Wittleus.

The bottom line for me:
