Looking forward to it.
The one date and time in history when P4P will cease in bangkok for one whole hour so that guys and girls can view it.
Anyone know where I can publicly view the Discovery channel ? I don't happen to have a UBC strangle-holding monopoly account for my TV set.
Maybe I can see it at the Star of Light. I'll enquiry and get back to you. I know for certain that they are positively interested in anatomy and physiology and the psychology of various forms of humour and human behaviour. I have been party to many heated late-night discussions there.

I think the C*** name thing is just plain daft and I would certainly name a girl, that is the whole point of these boards. Makes me laugh when people starting talkimg about 'respect' when you are paying the price of a pizza for some to blow you.
My problem is I can never remember Thai girls names, all blur into one to me. The two older woman who work there are worth a go though, can't name 'em because I can't remember their names. Never found a swallower though, they all say they do but when it comes to it they avoid it.
To be honest this bar has not been the same since they filled the bar in.

My solution to the lack of "semi-cirlces" is to bring my own. No problem.
The purchase of a service for the price of a pizza still retains in the transaction a degree of respect.

I think AD was thinking about the dissatisfaction and loss of the "semi-circles" felt by members and just wanted to conjure up a humourous image of guys struggling into the Star of Light with their own section of bar with the semi-circular cut-out, desperate to retain the experience at all costs.
I thought it was rather funny, myself.
As for Anhol Ding, I can vouch for him as an attendee.
In fact he practically lives in the place.
I've personally seen him leave with the girls at closing time on many an occasion. Mind you, he didn't have a section of bar with a cut-out under his arm at the time, just a smile on his lips.

It's true the cut-out bar and curtains were a great novelty. I mean, if you'd been to BKK at that time but hadn't sat at least once in an SOL semi-circle I think it can safely be said that you'd missed the Louvre in Paris or some other of the monumental landmarks of any city.
On the other hand, the place is much cleaner and prettier now; and although in the past the girls did what they could to mop up, there was a constaint layer of filth actually wrought into the very walls. Though perhaps that subconsiously excited the phermones or whatever.
However, having been to the morning festivities, especially on weekends, I have seen that the action is in full swing all around the bar, the sofas, and anywhere else available, and that the Star is firmly and luminously back in its lustrous place in the P4P constellation of the universe. Apparently even some of our alien brothers from different planets are dropping by for the wondrous and talked about services. They do take-away and you have to wait for ages before your current favorite comes back. Maybe you find a new favorite.
