Whenever I've been to the Star of Light ( and I go or I come frequently ) there is no pressure whatsoever.
Willing hands and mouths are on offer of course and the rest in or out of the bar or in and out and in again.
And after one or two, they'll let you rest a while with your beer until you are ready for more.
Or, on the other hand, I've seen guys come in, sit down at the Bar and want and have a conversation either amongst themselves or with the ladies and eventually go and have not been "bothered for a blow-job" by the slightest.

I don't know what you are resting, but I certainly have to recouperate every time I get my bodily fluids drained at the Star. One of the most memorable occasions I had at the Star of Light about two years ago, when they still had the semi-circles in the bar itself, was when I reversed roles and had the lady sit at the stool in the semi-circle and I popped round to the other side to eat her out.
