Yes, I've often wondered, sitting downstairs in the afterglow sipping my Tiger beer, seeing all those guys trooping in with their carrier bags and holdalls, just what equipment and resources they were bringing upstairs with them to 'enhance' the experience.
Now we know. Tubes, syringes, plungers, ointments, bottles, creams, surgical masks, lotions, aerosols, tissues, medical wipes and sprays. A bit sad really.
I wonder what Howard Hughes woulds have brought with him. Quite probably the whole of the medical and surgical teams from Bumrungrad hospital !

This is a numbers game so with right data we should be able to make a nice pivot table for how many bbbj you had until you catch gonorrhea.

I think you have a point there about cleanliness. At Lolita's they make it a point to thoroughly clean you before the act.
I remember the last time I went there, the young lady practically screwed my knob off and scoured it and stretched my ball-sack half-way across the room and I had just had my fifth shower of the day at a soapie.
Whereas afterwards, there was very little attention to cleaning up.
I do think it's important to clean up straight afterwards.

Now now.... we all know them wipes are not there to kill bacterias, they are just there so that the lady is under the impression she is putting a clean dick in her mouth (after having applied the wet scented cloth).

Sorry expatchuck, my presenting it in such a way was to suggest that the ladies should suck more for the sake of their health and us guys should get sucked more often to raise our immunity levels.

But the 'illusion' which you refer to, I believe, although executed by the girls, is not their intention. They have no choice. They are directed by management and so they buy the wipes and use them, just as with every other piece of equipment or resources.
I was talking to some ladies outside a massage parlour for an hour or two, sipping my Tiger and generally trying to recover my composure after coming a few times over my age-limit, and they were telling me that so many places differ. Like SOL with no wage whatsoever, except a small cut from the lady drinks and an expectation to deck out the Buddha shrine and the animistic images with flowers and food and drink every day, in some parlours they too have no wage, they have to buy all their equipment at a 'special' higher price from the management of the parlour, buy a uniform and in some cases have to pay a rental for the room every time they get a customer.

I've noticed a worrying trend lately - two Lolita's girls I've had recently didn't take it in the mouth. In a bj bar I pretty much expect them to make at least a token effort at this even if they immediately spit it out into a tissue.
