GENTLEMEN:
PLEASE URGENTLY notify me by email OR PM, whether or not you are coming to the party. I am trying to sort out the logistics of food and beer etc and so I need to know how many of the 20 who have said they will come, WILL come.
I don't think this is too much to ask.
I made this announcement 2 days ago posted here and also sent out by email and PM to all who said they will come...so far only 4-5 out of 20 have replied. THAT SUCKS.
PLEASE have the simple courtesy toi let me know Yea or Nay -- NOW.

hi sauron, i'd be delighted to join your party (actually i've been your visitor once) but the request for medical cerificate is a sensible matter, you have to reveal identity etc etc thats i presume the reason why people are not responding easily... as for me i didnt apply for that reason ( condoms should be enough no ?) though i have medical check up done regularly...

First of all I am talking about 15-16 people who already said they will come.
Anyone who doesn't want to come because of the concern you expressed (and NO ONE ELSE did) is welcome not to come.
What I am talking about is the 11th hour (party is 1 week away) lack of simple courtesy from people who have ALREADY said they will come, to simply reconfirm that nothing has changed, so I can plan the logistics.
That has IMO NOTHING to do with any "identity crisis" and that is a bogus issue anyway -- I already said that no medical documents will be retained by me, or anyone else but the individuals themselves. We just want to see them, we will not copy them. We will not take notes, we merely want to ensure that everyone is clean. Not an unreasonable request when it can be a matter of LIFE AND DEATH.
Many (about half) of the 20 invitees are known to me personally anyway or, have opted to reveal their names anyway, so I seriously question the premise of your comment.
Overstated I'd say
The party will proceed with however many guys show up. HOWEVER, if the number is less than 10, 50% of those who said they would come, I WILL NEVER plan any such event based on the promises of the brothers on this forum, ever again, and I'd advise anyone else (like kaisersoldaten) to do likewise, simply because more than half of respondents from this forum will have proven themselves to be all talk and no walk.

BTW there are ANONYMOUS hiv/aids and std test centers in USA and Thailand so the proposition that "identity must be revealed" is a falsehood.
Results from such are identified only by a number.
Is this not the case?

So far 5 guys have confirmed, 3 have had to drop out, 2 are still uncertain but have checked in to say so, and 10 -- that's fully HALF -- are off in the Twilight Zone, answering neither emails nor PMs.
That's very discouraging, and on their part, highly discourteous.
