These figures look low, but in a place like Lolita's some girls can do probably 5 or more BJ per day.

About the medical certificate. Yes, they are easy to obtain. When I applied for a work permit a couple of years ago, a certificate was required.

Maybe it's changed this year but it was 1600 back in December, last time I used the room. I know the barfine changed from 3000 to 4000 on the turn of the new year and the fines for being late doubled so the room fee may have changed too. On the other hand, the girl may have said the numbers wrong in English...
As for 2 shots and/or 1 hour, I'd say that sounds more dependent on the girl you ask, rather than a rule. 2 shots, 250B a time for the girl?! 1 hour limit would be about right. I've spent a long time in there before.
The limit on time for a bj is pretty fuzzy in the Bangkok branch. I've taken a long time before and never been brought up on it or told "If you don't finish in x minutes, that's it". On the other hand, there's at least one girl in the Pattaya branch who's said something like that. (Just a few minutes into the bj too!) She didn't allow CIM either. I've heard reports of another girl doing the same - CIM not standard. In short, the Pattaya branch is much worse than the Bangkok one!

I never used the FS room service but I am 100% sure she told me 1500 baht perhaps she had it wrong. She told me she had not done FS in a long time, but I know her for years and we did it before.

I tip not because "the owner is an arsehole" or anything like that. I tipped before I even got to know any of the girls or any of the goings on.
I tip because it's good service and the 700B is pretty cheap. If you took a freelancer, you'd be looking at 1000B - whatever service you took and some of the girls there are as cute or cuter or better skilled and give better service than the average freelancer - so why not level it out? The fact that they only get a 300 cut of the 700 is another reason, especially considering they give consistently good service, CIM, etc, that a lot of freelancers and gogo girls don't do.
It's priced to entice tips. If the girls thought they'd get only 300B per guy, I think a lot of cuter younger ones would drop out.
Think of paying 400B for a combined s/t room and barfine in a beer or gogo bar. And then paying 300B to the girl... It's pretty cheap, isn't it?

I'll agree with you on that (in general and in this specific case). In fact, after having got to know a few, I feel rather less than sorry for a couple of Lolita's girls. In a way, they're much more hardcore than the average bargirl or freelancer.
