No doubt I will be seen as "taking sides" but let's think about this.
Sauron offers an extremely rare opportunity to experience what would be a fantasy come true for many. He gets a fair number of repondents clamoring for a place -- even here on the board, let alone privately. Then when he makes arrangements based on the people who said they would come AT HIS INDULGENCE they fail to show as Cmore says, common courtesy or even practical sense.
Sauron is inconvenienced and offended by that. How is that unreasonable?
Jackass indeed. I'm not one for tossing insults but I really find it difficult to abide people Ýwho do without provocation or reason.
OK bring on the comments about me being Sauron's sycophant, if you must. I think I can live with it.
