Thought I would reply to this thread because I have caught an STD from a BJ... 100% sure. I talked to my Doctor friend about this and this is what he said.
"STD's can be caught from BJ's... The infection does not live in the mouth. In fact, your mouth is very impervious to many bacteria. The STD actually lives/thrives in the throat. Thus, swallowers are much more likely to catch the infection from their clients than are the "spitters". The "good news" is that a throat STD infection is painful (unlike vaginal infections) and the girls immediately know they have a problem that needs antibiotics."
