There are swingers clubs in Bangkok. The Oriental Swingers Club is run by Doctor Jimmy, a Thai physician. They have regular "mixers" -- parties where couples can schmooze. No action on premises (which are borrowed anyway). People just, when so inclined, make arrangements to go off to homes or hotels for the bumpity-bump.
Their venue, once a week, is or at least was a little behind the Bang Sue police station.
An older swingers club which had its own premises was in Ladprao Soi 54's Soi Wat Ladprao. They eventually took some heat from the police, possibly because they were too proximate to the aforementioned temple, they were about 500 m away. Possibly because they were behind in monthly payoffs. Who knows? Anyway they had orgies on premises and maybe their fate is why the present OSC does not.
They do not accept single men. Couples will be expected to prove they are married -- they told me they did not want farang showing up with "some bar girl".
However, my contact with either or both of these groups was more than a decade ago, so things may have changed. I think Dr Jimmy may have an alt.com listing.
