As an infrequent visitor to Bangkok, I have had the pleasure of visiting all of the mentioned bars, with the exception of Pinochios.
In such an business minded place, surely there must be more than 4 bars catering to this prediliction?
Just a look at the number of hits tells you that!
So where are they?
BTW my own personal preference is Lolitas. I know its not public, but I get off on seeing the two pairs of feet under the curtains. Small ones facing down, big ones facing up & twitching.
Help me out guys.

don't know of any public action places in BKK 
only know about such places in Brazil and about the German FKK Clubs... the latter are highly recommended...
You can easily have a private orgy in BKK if you know the right buddies... the girls shouldn't be any problem...

Was at Breachers, an open air bar off Chang Wattana soi 26 a few weeks ago.
Saw an ISB kid getting blown in the garden.
Average age in that bar about 17 years.....

You might try some of the HJ bars like Fanny's (4 girls or more will take care of you if you buy drinks). Jungle Jims is another one. Toy bar and after school are fun also. These are all in Soi Cowboy.

Yeah I went a couple of times to Pinocios but I prefer SOL.
ISB = International School of Bangkok
ISB kid = someone who attends ISB.
I think the place is called Breachers or something like that. Well it begins with a "B" anyway.
Sometimes its fun to watch 17 year old American kids getting off with each other. All the guys have long hair and say "dude" a lot. All the girls have fat asses and blonde hair.
Anyone over 30 is considered way old.....

I saw a group of those kids in Soi 4 one night. I sometimes drink at N******'s down the far end when in BKK and all the other bars seem to be gay hangouts but attract a pretty bohemian crowd (ITOHO).
These students were pretty much as described, (ie teenage dirtbags!) with money to spend on a nite out and full of themselves.
I started thinking what it would be like to be 18, have rich parents and be in school in BKK with all those learning opportunities so close at hand!
It was a big idea to handle, but I knew that fat arsed empty headed co-eds would probably not be regular receivers of AP's hot fish yoghurt surprise...
