Nope. If RTB, all 400 of him, walked around BKK, somebody would say hey, do they all have visas? Check out the problems that would cause on the visa thread.

So it is far better if he replicates himself, on the spot, as required, then hands out the condoms from the back of a panel truck.
There is however, one additional problem.
That is the disposal of all those used condoms!

If rtb replicates himself, wouldn't all the articles of clothings and items on him (including the condom) be replicated? Otherwise, there would be 399 naked rtb popping up all at once.

Yeh, but I think Mr. RTB is the kind of a guy, always thinking ahead.
I mean they would all have to take their clothes off (400 sets) anyway in order to start those bell jingeling, so RTB being the brilliant futurist he is, could see that after all the bells have stopped ringing, it would be hard as hell finding the right clothes to put back on.
